My 24 year old son has been receiving pip for his learning difficulties for a number of years. His last assessment was over 5 years I need to get a copy of his assessment outlining his learning for our solicitor. Can anyone advise me how to get this please

Hi and welcome,For a copy of the assessment report you need to ring DWP/PIP but whether they would still have a copy after 5 years i really have no idea.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
