Hi Chloe,
I had my appeal today but it had to be cut short and will need to be re scheduled because mine and my reps appeal paper were missing about 40 pages of my appeals paperwork... If that makes sense?
I was proper geared up for it...
Disappointing of course....
The Judge did sound really nice though.
I will keep you all updated when I get all the correct paperwork and a new date.
Best wishes
Peter -
What a faff @Peter12345. Do they know how that mistake was made?
Fingers crossed the new date will be soon-ish! -
Hi Tori, thank you for your message ?
All I know is that my stack of papers and my reps papers had say about 20 pages out of around 200 missing..
Some of the photocopies of the original doc were proper poor quality too.
I was told the papers had come from the dwp Cardiff.
The Judge said she'd get on to them ASAP and I'd get new papers and a re scheduled appeal hearing.
-
Well at least the Judge is taking it seriously @Peter12345. Hopefully it'll get rescheduled ASAP.
-
Really hope this is sorted quickly @Peter12345! Thank you for letting us know.

Dear all,
It's been a while since I posted anything regarding my appeal for Industrial Injuries.
I got a little jaded of waiting to hear when my new hearing would take place so a couple days ago I phoned the tribunal centre for an update.
I felt like they'd forgot about it?
Anyway after a little while waiting on the phone I was told I'd be sent details of my new telephone hearing in the next few weeks.
I will post when I do acctually get this new date.
Ps,
I received a letter saying I've been awarded PIP for 10yrs and on an ongoing basis yesterday.. As you can imagine I'm really relieved to hear that.
I'm sure this news will help with the pain and metal stress I've been under.
I have to be honest. I never thought I'd get though the last few months.
Hope
Blessed best wishes to all and continued thank you's for the support.
