Just to let you know, I've moved your post into the cerebral palsy category so that others who have been in a similar situation are more likely to see it. You might also like to take a scroll through the parents and carers category to connect with some of our other parents.

Good to meet you and welcome to the community. Wow, twins, I bet you are busy!
How mobile is the child with stomach issues? Is there pain or bloating? Are there other physical signs like rashes? Is there blood?
You may have done already but the first thing I would do is keep a food diary over there period of two weeks. You should then be able to identify if your child has a food sensitivity. The major food allergens are:
Celery
Cereals containing gluten
Crustaceans
Eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk
Molluscs
Mustard
Nuts
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Sulphur dioxide
Soya
Be very careful with linseed as well too much over a period of time will cause diarrhoea.

Give to food diary a go, at least you might have some idea of what could be causing the discomfort.
As for the working from home with kids; I hear you!, it has been a real challenge for me too and I don't think I have always covered myself in glory either. I suppose we are all adapting. Don't be too hard on yourself.

But as you asked about peoples experiences I have IBS and it can affect people of all ages. I dont know if theres a relation between CP and IBS tbh but its possible to have many different conditions that coexist.
I also have experience as a parent going through the loops of allergy testing it took us over a year if not more of having symptoms, food diaries, going to A&E etc to eventually be seen by a paediatric allergist as the problem just wasnt going away.
