Great thread @Grinchy
I will post my pictures as soon as we get our decorations up. I'm living in a house with my partner for the first time this year so we will be buying everything new.

Wow they look really good but I wouldn’t have expected anything less given the impressiveness of your Star Wars collection

Now its just the two of us nothing goes up until the 18th December, that said we have had a disaster the tree we have had for 20 years and fitted perfectly in the last house and in this one got damaged by water last week and we have ordered a new one which fingers crossed will do the job.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
-
Hey @woodbine, sorry to hear about your tree, hope the new one fits in ok
-
It should fingers crossed, here was me thinking that an artificial tree would cost a tenner, how wrong can you be???2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Yeah they can get really pricey, we usually buy new stuff in january in the sale, we got a lighted tree last year for 15 in the sale was 60,

It looks really lovely and well done to your wife. Although i must admit, it's far too early for me. My decorations never go up until December.I'm in the process of treating myself to some new living furntinure, if i ever get round to choosing something, i'm the worst person for making decisions... i'd better hurry, if i want delivery before Christmas lol.Once i've decided, hopefully, my Christmas will fit better this year. Small living rooms...I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
