    HI,

I thought i commented on this early this morning, i guess it didn't post.

Yes, that is correct. If you can't undertake any journey at all then this will score 10 points in Activity 1E, which scores 10 points and is standard mobility. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/Global/Migrated_Documents/adviceguide/pip-9-table-of-activities-descriptors-and-points.pdf

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    You're welcome.
PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. It's how your conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activity based on the PIP descriptors. What you should do is look at the PIP descriptors to see if it's possible to score anymore points for a higher award, if it's not then there's no point in ringing to report those changes.

Hello @misstracey. I hope Poppy has been able to help with your query regarding PIP descriptors and the court ruling. If you do still have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask and I hope the off-topic comments and negativity on your thread won't have dissuaded you too much.
