    Tats less so do u get disturbed slp. Mine was as usual I did visit nhs as it's been a year I hv not seen to my medical condition cos of the pandemic so just wanted to see my condition here

    I think that's happening g to alot of people my hospital consultant does phone appointments every three months  and ny sr is trying f to help me with my sleep problem  I want to sleep  but I cant
