@Chloe_Scope I try too keep okish if I dont laugh I will cry but I'm trying to stay strong dont wanna let my kids or partner see me cry so I cry myself to sleep most nights when everyone asleep

Do you think it could help to talk to your partner about it a little? If he knows, he can be there for you and maybe alleviate some of your pain.
