-
Oh gosh maybe they aren't suiting you have you had problems with your liver only asking because I cant take pain killers due to liver damage you need to phone the dr its not good if they keep makeing you sick0
-
@lisathomas it was because the tablets I took was 30mg per tablet last time I took those they were 15mg per tablet doc done full blood count yesterday liver included I get results back this morning as doc has urgently pushed them through0
-
If they are makeing you sick I don't think you should take them and wait for your blood tests to come back0
-
@lisathomas50 had results bk 3 abnormal results 2 normal results and i need to get 1 my bloods repeated plus doc sent more meds to chemist for me today on top of the meds I got yesterday they wont tell me nothing about abnormal results but been booked in too see doc on monday at 10.30am to talk me through them and to have 1 my bloods repeated0
-
They eont talk tou on the phone about your results try not to worry and wait to see what the dr has to say there must be a reason they are giving you so many tablets
Make sure your eating properly because you need to build yourself up plus you need to eat with the tablets you are tskeing
I am here if you want to chat it must be a worrying time for you1 -
Hi @Ibelive2020 - hope you might be feeling a little better. I'm sorry you are having to wait to discuss things with your GP, but an abnormal blood test might just mean you need some meds to sort things, or they'll need to check it again in the future to see if all is well after all, which might also be the case.As we're not medically qualified, please do mention any concerns to your GP, who knows your medical history, & is in the best place to help you, & discuss the results, rather than stop taking some of your meds.2

@lisathomas50 thank you I'm just gonna get through each day best I can try not to over think things other wise I will go crazy @chiarieds yes I'm feeling bit better than yesterday was vomiting and crying in pain but today I feel better thank you hope you are well too ?0
-
Hope you get things sorted out soon and start feeling better hopefuly your dr will be able to get things sorted out here if you want to chat about anything0
-
Pleased you're feeling a little better. I think it's possible that your GP is just wanting to talk things through with you face to face because he/she has identified that you need a repeat blood test, so, as you're going into the surgery anyway, they will take the opportunity to talk to you. I'm OK, thank you. Just wanted to ensure you listen to your Drs. above all.1

If your still being sick with your pain killers you need to tell your dr unless you already have told your dr already0
-
I just want to share something as normaly I have my family who would come and see me but because of our lockdown in wales that won't be happening
22 years ago I gave birth to Adam a beautiful baby boy who sadly died 12hrs after birth
Today is Adams birthday so happy birthday my beautiful boy people say time is a great healer but for me it still feels like yesterday
Thank you if any one wants me to have this taken off I will understand0 -
I'm sorry to hear that you lost Adam @lisathomas50. I'm sure today must be a particularly difficult day for you, especially as you're not able to see your family.
Are you able to speak to your family on the phone? Or stay in touch with them another way?
Please also let us know if you'd like us to direct you towards some organisations that specialise in this area, who could perhaps help you to work through your grief. You're unfortunately not alone in experiencing this, so please know that we're all thinking of you.0 -
Thank you tori scope I am ok I know that this sounds weird but on this day good things normsly happen aswel as being sad
Today I had my eyes tested after my eye operation I had six weeks ago and I can drive again so happiness did come into a sad day thank you for your kind words0 -
I'm glad good things usually happen, and that you're now able to drive again @lisathomas50! That's great news.1
