Hi everyone, put in for M.R got turned down, absolutely gutted my daughter does more or less everything for me before and after she goes to work. Can see why people don't bother even trying in the beginning when you are genuine but made to feel like a fraud

Hi I am sorry to hear your MR wasnt successful are you going to go to tribunal ?
The success rate at tribunal is much higher1 -
Hi @marj07 sorry to hear your news.
As janer said above you still have the option to take your application to tribunal.
It might be a good idea to contact your local Citizens Advice and discuss your situation with them as they will be in a position to advise you on the next steps to take and should be able to put you in contact with the right professionals who would be able to assist you with this2 -
Hi so sorry you didn’t get an award.
Please don’t give up I know how you’ll be feeling, Iv had to goto appeal twice and got an award. Try to get some advice from Cab or Welfare rights. Good luck1 -

I know that feeling..... completely overwhelmed and stressed....... but I found that putting all the paperwork out of sight for a few days helps. Like others have said, get in touch with Welfare Rights person or the CAB. DON’T give up, please ??????1

@marj07 I really hope after you’ve given yourself a break for a few days, you get some advice and get your appeal put in, 4 years ago I waited 18 months for an appeal .
The last time my appeal was submitted the end of July 2020 my appeal was heard by telephone November 2020.
They are obviously getting through them so much quicker by phone. It’s definitely something to think about.
Take care and stay safe ?1
