Hi @nadinetisor
Tori isn't about today but it's lovely to hear from you and good to know you are keeping well mental-health wise. Pets are a great comfort and Sparky sounds like a real cutie
If you have time, you might enjoy reading our Coping with stress low mood and isolation mega-thread as this has lots of tips on how to get though lockdown, particularly on those days you might feel a bit wobbly.
Take care and I hope we can speak soon.0 -

Hi tori I’m fine thanks I’ve had sparky since before the first lockdown I didn’t have a rabbit called gizmo but I only had him for 2 weeks before he died that’s how I got sparky he’s 1 years old0

Sorry to hear about Gizmo @nadinetisor, but Sparky sounds like a wonderful furry friend!
I like listening to music when I'm feeling anxious too, and I've tried colouring in the past as a sort of mindfulness activity. I tend to prefer doing puzzles though. What kind of music do you like to listen to?0 -
Hi he is he is like my comforter with I’m feeling down I wouldn’t be without him now0

Do you mind sharing any pictures of your rabbit? I like them and think they are nice pets0
