I'm 49 and looking to get back into work, however I'm seeking support as my confidence has gone. -

I hope that you also had a good day. -
Hello @Polar_barea very warm welcome, how are you?
Great to hear you are looking to get back into work, but I'm sorry to hear your confidence has gone. I know how you feel, I've been in that place where confidence is hard to come by but I can assure you that you will have skills that will be valuable to many employers.
Volunteering, in my opinion, is always a good bridge into work as it offers a chance to gain skills and experience, have you considered this? Also, Scope have a range of services that are designed to help people find, get and maintain work, such as the Support to Work programme.
