I was tired earlier now wide awake at stupid time

    I got up for a wee about an hour ago and decided to fully get up.

    @mrallen I was awake at half past seven work is being done on the house next door to me

    I'm usually tired and yawning, go to bed and I'm wide awake lol

    Ooft did you have one of those nights?  I had a bit of an unsettled one too!  I don't know if you've seen our thread on insomnia but it might give you some tips on how to get a better nights sleep.  A warm milky drink and reading a book for half an hour before I go to bed tends to help me :)
