    Took my sedative at the right time, had a hot chocolate but my brain just won't switch off.  Think I have done a lot of thinking today and this episode chimes with 10 years ago, so maybe just processing.  You ok? x

    I forgot my sedative, lol. I better go and take it and get some sleep. Is that the time? ? I think my daughter is more of a night person also. Take care.

    I had about 13 hours last night, went to bed before 9 last night, got up around 9.45 today and still went back to bed around 11, because Dad was on a Zoom meeting and couldn't come up and do the shower for me.
