Hi and welcome
Sorry to hear about your PIP refusal
Are you thinking of appealing we can help and give you some advice if you want0 -
I want to get the decision changed because I never mentioned anything about my mental health just about mobility and living I can't even go out the house I'm too scared in my own house I only can talk to women not men when I'm dyslexic0

Hello @Bettyboo12
Welcome to the community, sorry to hear you didn't get the decision you were hoping for.
I have moved your discussion to our PIP category, have you started the appeal process yet?As suggested above, if your mental health does have an impact on your daily living and mobility, please ensure you detail this in your appeal and include examples.
Could I ask are you receiving all the support you need from your GP to manage your conditions? I'm sorry to hear you don't feel safe in your own house and are fearful to go outside, is that due to your conditions?
You aren't making a fool of yourself at all, it's common for people not to get the result they hope for on the initial claim.0 -
I meant to be with Primary Care air but I've been messed around for over 6 months now now one minute I'm in stage four next minute I've been taken off the list so I have to reapply again then my doctor has said that I have a really bad mental health issues I don't know what to do do my mental health wasn't even mentioned in the report for Pip I told him that I can't face males because what happened when I was younger da-i have got what dyslexic I was in special needs classes when I was younger that wasn't even mentioned this is made me think to myself is it all in my head because people don't listen to me me sometimes feel like giving up I started to have thoughts again in my head I didn't sleep at all night last night I can't relax I wish they have give me more points0

Hi @Bettyboo12
Nothing is in your head at all, sometimes people are either just bad listeners or need telling something a few times. It's sad that people can be like that, but it's always worth persisting to get what you are entitled to.
If appealing the decision is something you will be doing, Advice Local is always a good option so that you can find some assistance nearby to you.
Just to check, have you also spoken with Scope's helpline about this query?
We have just sent you an email from community@scope.org.uk, it would be great if you could give it a read and get back to us.0
