I meant I was awake 48 hours,  I have auditory hallucinations of my phone ringing - wishful thinking I suppose.  I was also in the shower and heard someone coming up the stairs.  Thought it was my violent ex,  Was so scared x
I not surprised as shortage of sleep and keep safe go get some!. I cant really say allot as I am a unknown and everybody need protect own privacy.  I got CPTSD so know what talking about in allot of ways as got dodgy family don’t have contact. There some really great independant help out there and been through the counselling really know their stuff. ?

I;ll go up about 5 ish, only have a few bits to get.  I'm a singleton so have ordered a Giant Yorkshire Pudding roast dinner to be delivered for lunch.  Who needs a partner to feel good?  :)

Hi @coylygirl I only like hot chocolate occasionally I'm more of a coffee snob. I find it gets a bit sickly, now I'm wanting chocolate so may have to brave the cold to go to the shop.

I had a partner with CPTSD and he had very bad episodes.  He got sepsis an I sat by his bed for 2 days in hospital then he blocked me on facebook.  Issues!  Have you had EMDR?  <3

I have never had a sweet tooth but craving sweet things. Dunno if it;s the meds or giving up alcohol.  I do enjoy my choccie drink at midnight  :)

I had intensive counselling on and off for three years to help myself, I asked for help from a independent abuse charity someone suggested , so yes! they found me a specialist that gave his time up for free. I am so grateful for their help as saved my welfare and relationships as went places no mental health would not go near.

I understand why u had a bad time with you x of distrust.

It happened to me  to put through wrong care over many years wi5 mental health and dodgy relatives. I am  free to be me, be happy, living with CP and Aspergers, free of my relatives. It took allot of work, but it been worth it.?

Meh, Valentine's is a complete con IMO, designed by card shops to sell schmaltzy cards between Christmas and Easter.
