Hi everyone,
I used to go to the gym regularly and loved to powerlift (squat, deadlift & bench) but I was in a car accident and hurt my shoulder almost 2 years ago and haven't been able to lift since. Does anyone have resources for finding ways I can still lift without using my shoulder?
Alternatively, can anyone recommend a new active hobby that can replace lifting? The things I like about it are: the rush from making a big lift, the structure of the planning and goal setting, the fact that it is indoors so I can do it all year. I also have joint hypermobility syndrome so I can't do things like running & jumping. Does anyone have ideas?
Thanks in advance

I can't really offer ideas on ways to lift without your shoulder, it could be worth looking at Wheelpower, they are a charity based at Stoke Mandeville who promote sports and active lifestyles for disabled people also your local countydistrict council may have an officer tasked with promoting disabled sports and activities
