    My gf wants to know wat are the success rate of people winning pip tribunal and it was on monday

    Gf  still have heard of any thing yet her depression is high 
    What is the success rate she had her phone tribunal monday how much long does she have to wait

    Hi @kim123  I had an appeal in November past. I got my letter 2 days later.

    Hope it comes soon and good luck with it.

    Ok she had hers on monday her depression really bad and she has been waiting 2 years to sort this out

    My gf is so stressed out about her tribunal decision her depression is bad she had her tribunal telephone monday just gone we still haven't heard anything back yet does that mean she lost it

    Hi @kim123   I had already got enhanced mobility before appeal, then after appeal I was awarded standard daily living.

    It can take a few weeks for your letter to arrive.

    No. It just means you haven’t received the decision.

    Ok they told her that the letter be with her within a week

    And it's not just that she been waiting scine 2019 for her pip its stressed her out a lot her depression is bad hopefully it comes tomorrow and its gd news

    Nobody knows when it was issued or how long it will take in the post. It might arrive on Saturday but it might not.

    I understand that's but they told her within a week so it mite Saturday now she stressing  out and her depression bad she been waiting scine 2019 to get this back

    Please take into account the post has a lot of work with ppl being of with covid or are shielding . If you get your letter saturday you might not gey your pay for a few more days .i hope it is better news than I got .good look but just hold tight for the letter ..???
