@lisathomas50 not to bad sore arm gone got a slight headache I had to lie down when I got up at least I didn't passout this time and I've just had lunch. So much better than yesterday apart from my sore butt . Thank you

Tonight it's roast pork with roast spuds yorkshire pudding and mashed carrots and apple sauce and stuffing, followed as usual with something that probably isn't good for my diabetes yummmm2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

@Sandy_123 I enjoyed it I have one of those acti fry where you don't need oil I had a couple of goose fat potatoes left so I put them and the chicken in the acti fry abd used a salad dressing on my salad
