I had cheese and onion quiche

I couldn't be bothered today so had cheese n crackers had mcdees for lunch

Fried chicken fillets with a spiced crumbly chicken coating to have as burgers with salad

Hubby's having a kebab and I'm having pizza

Chicken kiev with bubble and squeak (left overs from mondays roast dinner )
I also do extra mash and veg so I can use it for bubble and squeak

@janer1967 yeah my mom used to do it every Monday and it was nice, you can buy it already done now but I get that won't be as nice

I always put it all in pan and once heated through leave it so it gets nice crispy skin -
@janer1967 lazy tea ordering out for a change, my dad loved bubble and squeak
