Hi, I'm maradie! I had a problem with my phone appointment, will I be refused for the assessment?

Hi I had a telephone consultation assessment at 1:10 the WDp called me yesterday to remind me about was my appointment but when I received a call from atos assessment centre there was something wrong with the call they were on the phone for five minutes I couldn’t hear them and they put the phone down I haven’t heard from them again can someone someone tell me please if I will be refused for the assessment

Hi it's hard to say what will happen you need to call them to find out and hopefully they will reschedule for you

I haven’t contacted them yet because it only happened today and I am still waiting for it they will call again
