Hi I'm disabled and thinking of doing a food diary in trying to eat much healthier is that a good thing to do any suggestions many thanks

    hi @foodie47x and welcome to scope, how are you this evening? I think it's a great idea, I must admit I'd love to eat healthier but I struggle.

    Yeah, of course that's a good idea, eating healthier is always a positive thing. My suggestion would be to completely avoid the snack isle at the supermarket, it can get awfully tempting :D
