Hi I'm jpjpjp7777! I got a call from PIP today asking when my new condition started. Is this normal?

hi just received a call from pip 2day sunday is this normal......ive been claiming 23.60 mobility weekly since june last year,december last year put in change of cercumstance as got a new health condition,had my phone assessment 2 weeks ago and got call call today asking wen my new health condition started told her early last year but it was cronic every day since sep/oct....she said ill get my decision in 7/10 days...

They are currently working weekends to get through the backlogs
It isnt unusual to be asked this so dont worry at least it shows your case us being looked at and close to a decision
