Hey all, husband received a PIP.1043 in the post this morning. However there appears to be no return date, the space where it would appear has been partially deleted. I’m going to email a welfare benefits advisor for help completing the form, but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced a return date missing too? Thanks

The DWP have agreed to let claimants have 3 months to submit most forms, hence why the missing date.
Good luck with your review. -
