Multilevel degenerative spondylosis

I found the forum through searching on the internet to get an understanding regarding my new diagnosis of multilevel degenerative spondylosis, which is most severe at C4/C5 and C5/C6. I also have severe narrowing of the intervertebral foramina. I have been referred to a spinal surgeon and now await my appointment.
It would be good to know of any posts on here I could read up on for other sufferers experience. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.
