Multilevel degenerative spondylosis

I found the forum through searching on the internet to get an understanding regarding my new diagnosis of multilevel degenerative spondylosis, which is most severe at C4/C5 and C5/C6. I also have severe narrowing of the intervertebral foramina. I have been referred to a spinal surgeon and now await my appointment.

It would be good to know of any posts on here I could read up on for other sufferers experience. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

It could be worth using the search function to find any posts that relate to your question. I typed in 'multilevel degenerative spondylosis' and here are the results. You could try using other search terms if you're not finding what you want too.

Did you have any specific questions? Or did you just want to find people who can relate to your experience?

Hi @meisha - & welcome to the community. As your spondylosis affects your neck, you could also try searching for 'cervical spondylosis,' which may likely turn up more results. There's also some info here:

Hi I too am in the same position with both cervical and lumbar my MRI suggests probable spinal stenosis but there is so much information around it’s making my head spin. I have a telephone consult with spinal surgeon this week ( it took 5 days from doc referral) so I am worried that I need surgery
