Is there any way I can add info to my claim without talking to anyone, or do I have to call them?

Hi
You can post the extra evidence to same address your claim form went to
Make sure you put a covering letter and put your name and ni number on all pages sent -
oh that’s a great idea thank you ! I just spoke to my mum and she asked if she’s allowed to call for me ? I’m not sure ?

Hope that @janer1967's reply helps to answer your query and put your mind at rest about getting in touch about your claim @ali2021?
If there's anything else that we can help with, just ask. Otherwise, all the best with everything and hope things go smoothly for you. -
She can only call if she is your appointee but they will need to see the evidence anyway so may as well just post it
