Hi @marybottomley I haven't personally experienced this. But saying that I haven't needed to complain recently.

Thank you for your feedback

I can complain with the best of them when I have to, but haven't been treated differently.
Must admit i've had seizures in almost every store you can name and every single one has been fantastic and have always looked after me and my OH .2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -

It’s accessibility and other issues
-
How have you addressed the issues? Verbally or written format?

Verbally

You might want to read this post we made earlier in the year @marybottomley, if your concern relates to the accessibility of a website or app in particular.

It’s about support service after you have bought the product

I had issue this week I bought a table and chairs online
When I got a call about delivery I explained I was in a wheelchair so could they ensure it came after 3pm so I wasn't on my own
As they said delivery was contactless i knew I couldn't get it in myself
They said they couldn't ensure delivery time but would get email that morning and delivery was anything from 7am to 9pm
I told them if I was alone at the time I would just send it back with them as if would be left unsecured outside or block the door
Fortunately the email came and delivery was 5pm to 9pm slot
-
That is good then my problem is something not working and trying the company pick it up so they can look at it
-
@marybottomley if you are getting know where then my advice would be to look up who the sales director is and e mail him/her directly.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

It’s hard when it’s big company

To be fair and honest bigger companies are usually more transparent when it comes to signalling who's who and how to contact them.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Ok I will try

Also it’s hard when the shop has closed in your town

Also it’s hard when the shop has closed in your townAh, so is that why you're struggling to get them to pick it up @marybottomley?
Have you had any luck finding the right person to email? -
Correct
no because I haven’t had time to look -
Could I ask what the item is @marybottomley as it makes a difference as to how you might expect the complaint to be handled?2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
