Supposedly simple things you find difficult?

(1) Applying cat  Flea Drops, can’t avoid wetting hair even when parting fur!

(2) Sealing sink or bath. The silicon paste goes wobbly. Try to smooth with finger or spoon but a pigs ear Job!!

(3) Adding music to mobile phone. Rarely carries over info text, so need to quickly add to a playlist to find again. Sometimes have to convert the format. (WMA default instead of MP3)

I'm guessing this is excluding things that are due to disability/medical reasons? Otherwise the list could be almost endless :D

Things I find hard that are not due to health issues...

    - Blowing my nose. Honestly I can't do it. It just causes my ears to explode and makes a massive mess but doesn't seem to unblock my nose at all.

    - Trusting technology. I always have to check something has worked for example making sure an email comes up in my sent folder after I've sent it. Don't get me started on electric parking brakes!!

    - Hitting a golf ball in a straight line.

    - Not breaking things!!

I'm sure this is a skill that has now been lost to the winds of time...  You no longer see groups of old men creating an orchestral symphony of trumpeting sounds while blowing their noses!

Incidentally, I can't do it either...just end up triggering a nose bleed in my case.  Also rather worryingly making my eyes water, I'm not sure quite how closely they're linked as the thought of snot coming out of my eyes wasn't a fun one.  :|

If sleeping was an Olympic sport @fluffycat, I would put cats forward as Team GB's athletes :)

I have dyspraxia so I have trouble with using a segway, throwing and catching, making wires, sewing, soldering, putting a thread through a needle, using a hoola hoop and skipping rope, kicking a football

Because I'm autistic I have a monotone voice, blunted affect (lack of facial expressions), and I can't voluntarily change the expression on my face. I lack social imagination and understanding of social norms that are specific to the specific situation at the current time.

The most important one is going to sleep early and quickly. :)

    Answering phone
I'm sure there are lots of different reasons why people find this difficult, but it's definitely something I struggle with too. Giving people a call can be hard as well- "just give them a ring!" fills me with dread every time I hear it. I have improved through necessity though.

I have problems with contacting people while I'm waiting for them to contact me first.
