Week in UK pip and universal credit limit capability for work
-
There are no UK holiday rules for PIP.
For UC there is no concept of holiday, you simply need to be able to meet your claimant commitment obligations where ever you are in UK.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
Thanks you

It's unfortunate to see someone who obviously needs some support and advice have it turn into a battle of who is right and who is wrong.
The whole thread must very confusing for them.
It would not hurt for some to remember that not everyone has an equal depth of knowledge and understanding.
Kindness and patience costs nothing..

It is very unfortunate indeed that some so called 'expert' here took it upon themselves to belittle others just because they know one or two things more than the others. -

Hi all
I just want to give a friendly reminder to make sure we are all keeping the tone of our comments respectful and considerate towards the feelings and situations of other members. In addition, as outlined in our community house rules, please make sure your messages respect others’ views and suggestions, even if you do not agree with them. Words written through an online forum can often read differently to how they are intended, so it's important to keep this in mind when posting.
You did the right thing in asking about it @tulisapavloff1, I'm sure your family will have answered to the best of their knowledge and just may have gotten some wires crossed, so it's always best to do further research and ask around in cases like this. Similarly, if you do speak to family or other loved ones but still aren't sure afterwards, then it's always better to check.
I hope the advice from members about holiday has been helpful for you, have you got anything planned? Are you going anywhere nice?
