Thanks eveyekne for caring but I don't think my anxiety worries barriers and obstacles can be gotten past
-
I don't know what to do people telling me to do running jogging excercise watch a film do things out my comfort zone mindfulness but nothing works. Or is that me being lazy?I Don't think it is
-
I don't think it's you being lazy at all @Thedoc83. Conditions like anxiety and depression can have a huge impact on people's lives, and can make it difficult to do things that you feel you 'should' be able to do.
It does sound as though you're on the right track, in that you seem to be accessing a good level of support. I do think that you can start to overcome those obstacles, but it might take a little time.
With things like mindfulness and setting up an exercise routine, it's really important that you try and stick at them and keep up the consistency. That's often when you'll start to see positive changes.
What changes would you like to see in yourself and your situation? That can sometimes be a better place to start than trying to think of all the ways you can get there. -
I can't even think on an even keel at the minute
