I've appealed my LCW decision, and I need some advice

I have an appeal against the dwp regarding the level of LCW I was awarded and need help advice on this and also I need somebody to help me appeal the PIP decision I just got

  For the wqork capability assessment you no longer need to request the MR, instead you can appeal straight to the Tribunal.
