Would Like To Travel To Australia. What's the situation with travel rules?

Hia Folks
Last November I anticipated and planned to go to Australia for a few weeks.
But because of Covid...
I want to go to Australia mid November for a month. But the rules keep changing. You got to take a test, you haven't got to test.
Can anyone clarify what the situe is pls?
I think another year back in Blighty is on the cards... Thanks

Entry into Australia is currently closed to most arrivals.. it's looking like you won't be going there this year. See link.
