Hi, i applied for a pip mandatory reconsideration , it has now been 11 weeks and still no decision has been made. I called for further information, and it has been with the decision maker for 3 weeks. Is this a bad sign? Am i more likely to be unsuccessful? as its taken so long, or is there no coloration between how long it takes?. I was awared standard mobility, however believed i was entitled to the daily living component also, so i put in the request on the 7th of july.
Does anyone know of any services that can help me?, should i need to appeal, as i wont be able to do an appeal by myself.

There's no timescales but anything up to 3 months, sometimes longer is normal at the moment. It doens't mean anything other than the decision hasn't yet been made.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
@poppy123456. Thank you for your reply.

As poppy123456 has said, this is quite normal and doesn't indicate whether or not your MR will be successful @sunny101. If you do end up needing to appeal, which hopefully you won't, you can use advicelocal.uk to look for expert advice local to you
