I'm on a spinal flare up again and have about 20% mobility, can't even stand straight and only stand 5 minutes. Taking 30/ 500 cocodamol for the pain. Drs won't let me go hospital unless I loose bladder or bowel control. So I have to ride it out. Great timing.

Its different everytime last 1 lasted about 8 weeks. Just have to ride the storm, nothing any drs can do except offer pain relief. Biggest bug bear is not being able todo anything. I can't stand longer then 5 minutes and I'm hunched over when I do. Pain in every movement even with pain killers0

Sorry to hear this is happening to you hope it doesn't last to long and that you get some relief @Sandy_1230

Sorry to read this @Sandy_123 - it's so very difficult when moving around 'should' help, but you just can't do it. I try & achieve something, however small, each day, but there are times when I just can't, & it's so frustrating. I do believe in exercise, but also when you're in pain, trying to push through it just increases pain, which is counterproductive. So please do just look after yourself as much as you can, & I hope you feel a lot better soon.

Its looking promising0

Sorry to hear you are going through a rough time at the moment @Sandy_123 but glad you are making progress and think it’s looking promising
I hope you recover enough in time to have a nice Christmas, remember not to do anything that you’d struggle too much with and to let others do anything you don’t feel capable of! We are certainly saying the same in no uncertain terms to a family member who has difficulties as it’s a time for rest and relaxation0 -
Thanks @66Mustang.
I will check it out [Username removed by moderator]0 -
