I didn't sleep very well last night, due to physical pain (I have a long term rare health condition) so I'm getting a bit more rest, then getting back to clearing stuff out like yesterday.I feel when everything is neat and tidy, mentally things seem abit better.

I have a few things on my to do list-
1. Catch up with emails.2. Put the boxes of Christmas things away.3. Read some of my book.4. Pop to the post office.Apart from that it’s mainly as and when things need doing.0 -
Need to go to the bank, might go get lunch whilst I'm in town and also need to go the chemist when I'm back home since I'll be out of tablets tomorrow. I don't get out much but I always plan for a day with lots of things to do on.0

I'm sorry to hear you had a difficult night @Tammyjane33. I hope getting some more rest helps, and that you feel better having done some cleaning and tidying. I agree that having a tidy up can help with mental health, too. Do you have a lot of stuff to clear out?
I don't have any particular plans for this evening. I'm hoping to do some more work on my paint by numbers, as I've been neglecting it0
