    I only found out yesterday.  I believe it is dishonest and mischievous of the DWP and service providers not to advertise this.

    DWP wouldn't advertise it because it's nothing to do with them. Bt have it advertised on their website here. https://www.bt.com/exp/broadband/home-essentials

    I only found out yesterday.  I believe it is dishonest and mischievous of the DWP and service providers not to advertise this.
    If that’s the case they should tell everyone everything else they could be entitled to if in receipt of a benefit and that’s not the DWPs responsibility, so you can’t blame them.

    Yes, I understand the disdain DWP have towards the claimants. They prefer if we don't exist.

    I have no idea exactly what DWP have to do with cheaper broadband.

    I suppose no internet discounts are available to pensioners who don’t qualify for pension credit? ☹️
