Hi,The waiting period is 3 full assessment periods and then it's paid on the 4th month of your claim starting from when you first reported your health condition. During this waiting period, it's not paid at all.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

The three months is not calculated from when you reported the health condition. It is three full months after the end of the assessment period in which you reported the health condition. What date did you report your health condition? What date are you paid your UC?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
