Hi, my husband was due for his ESA contribution payment this morning. I checked on the joint account where our payments go in & it still hasn’t gone in. We have rung DWP earlier this morning the man who spoke to us he said there was a problem not sure exactly what? He said the payment is due later on today we’re worried that it might not be in today?

Nothing anybody on the forum can do about it. If it doesn't come in you'll have to ring them again tomorrow.0

Hi @lisawells1990 I think the best thing to do is to give them a call just to chase this up tomorrow, and get some clarity and reassurance

If you have any questions in the meantime please don't hesitate to ask.

No our bank is Lloyds they’re normally good with the payments it could be that it had a technical fault at that time0
