I received a letter in the journal stating I am owed extra funds through underpayment last year and that it will be payed into my bank account. However, it doesn’t provide a date and does not show up on my latest statement.
Does anyone know when this usually goes into an account?
thanks
thanks

Hello @dancer12 thanks for your query. If I had to make an educated guess I would say the usual is 5 working days, but I'm not 100% certain on UC repayments. When did you receive your letter?0

An arrears payment will be paid separately from your normal payment and will not show on your monthly UC statement.0

Thanks for explaining @calcotti, even though this is paid separately, would it still take up to 5 working days, or longer do you know?0

From the date payment is sent it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.
