Support with PIP Appeal

Hi everyone.
I'm in the process of appealing my PIP decision to the tribunal.
I'm desperately seeking assistance with it and have had no luck with CAB. I can not get in touch with them and they no longer accept walk ins. All other support in my area either charge a fee or will take a large percentage of back pay if I'm awarded which does not seem fair.
I struggled with the mandatory reconsideration and although I believe I firmly got my point across the report denying me an award was full of false information and did not take into account much of my evidence and testimonies.
Filling in the appeal forms is quite tiring given my condition and is causing a great deal of stress causing added strain to my health both mentally and physically.
Does anybody know of any genuine support available in the Birmingham area.
Thank you

You need to put the assessment report to one side and forget about it because this isn't going to get you a PIP award.
If you haven't done this already then you need to give a couple of real world incidents of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
I'd also advise you to have a read of this thread here and take note of Mike's comments.
Start here also to see what's local to you for expert advice. https://advicelocal.uk/ make sure you choose the topic "welfare benefits"

@poppy123456 Thank you for your advice. I have also read through Mike's comments in the thread shared and taken them on board when making an appeal. An appeal has now been lodged.
