Call from pip yesterday saying it'll be reinstalled, but today they said nothing is on the system

I got a call from pip yesterday saying that my pip will be reinstalled and that get back payment too but today when I called them they saying that nothing is on system I'm quite anxious about that anyone can help please

    Hi there 

    It often takes 24 hours plus for the system to update so don't worry too much

    As mentioned above, it can take some time for these things to go through the system so I'm sure that it will be sorted very soon, please do your best to relax and not worry about it too much :)

    Hi guys been a week and I called pip 3 times but they still saying there is nothing on the system and I'm really getting very anxious😒😒😒
