New pip claim. I'm worried the assessor was being nice to try and trick me

I'm sorry but no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. It's very easy for someone to go about their day as if nothing is wrong, i know this because i've done it myself. My daughter also claims PIP but if you look at her you'd think everything was fine. Spend a day with her and you'll soon change your mind.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Your very small minded...I do know people 100% who claim pip for no medical reason...but I guess your right and I'm obviously wrong

Personal attacks are not allowed on the community. For this reason i won't be commenting any further on your thread. I do wish you good luck what ever you decide to do with your claim.

Wow what an arrogant and rude person you are.
You post on here asking for advice and help then when given helpful and correct advice from experienced members because you don't like what you hear you come back with that old chestnut.. poor poor me, Im genuine and deserve everything while others with nothing wrong with them get it.
You stated you told the truth at your assessment and completed the form yourself... well I can assure you I told the truth about how my disabilities effect me, I also provided truthful evidence and letters from my consultants and also completed the forms myself.
I am certainly not being smug but I was awarded enhanced ongoing for both and I feel that was the correct award for myself.
This friendly community has provided me with great support, help, and more importantly truthful, correct and knowledgable advice. All given freely and in their own time.
@poppy123456 is a very much valued member here and I am absolutely livid at your posts. I can't really say what I truely feel as I would be asked to leave the group.
If you know for certain of 3 people who have been awarded PIP fraudulently then I suggest you report through the correct channels rather than make accusations on here.
You have also stated you don't have the energy to take your claim further... well you certainly have the energy to vent your hatred regarding PIP on here.
I am so angry to read what you know as 'facts' and am at a loss to know that if your so knowledgeable why are you asking questions on this support group. You also say you don't make assumptions well read through your posts as I feel you do.
Save your energy for your MR if needed.

@schoolmum you don't know anything about me so I guess your the one making assumptions...in no way am I thinking oh poor poor me at all...also no personal attacks allowed yet you called me arrogant and rude and attacked me all through your post

When you've calmed down a bit I do hope you apologise as if you look back poppy123456 has taken so much time answering your questions and didn't deserve the outburst.
It makes sense you're looking for people to blame right now but being angry about other claimants isn't going to help. Did you keep a copy of the form you sent? Do you know which descriptors you feel the assessor got wrong?

Moving the conversation forward (I can’t add anything that hasn’t been said already) - I wouldn't give up hope yet, it’s rare, but the decision maker doesn’t always go with the assessor recommendation. On the chance you do get refused PIP, I strongly recommend doing a mandatory reconsideration. Citizens advice, or, if your local council has a it, a welfare benefits service can help you fill in the MR paperwork and support you through it.They/them/she/her pronouns please.
