Hello @hornz36 and welcome to the community, I hope you are well.
It seems as though you should be owed something, provided your fit notes were continuous in covering the period from June 2021. LCWRA is payable from the forth full assessment period onwards after handing in your fit note. This is a very supportive and welcoming site to be a part of so I’m hopeful that you’ll find it to be a positive outlet. Feel free to have a look around and get involved wherever you’d like 😊 I have included below a few of the pages I’d recommend having a look through to get used to things:
- The virtual coffee lounge which is one of our categories, in which we play games and talk about general subjects such as hobbies and interests
- The recent discussions page, which shows an overview of everything happening across the community
- The categories page, which shows a full list of discussion groups on the community
If you have any questions at all then don’t hesitate to ask.

Your waiting period will be July/Aug, Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct. LCWRA starts from AP 3rd Oct - 2nd Nov and first payment will be 9th Nov 2021.You'll receive the extra money in your next payment. Any money owed will be paid separately. It often takes them a few weeks to recalculate your statements so they can work out exactly how much is owed. You will then receive a letter on your journal telling you how much is owed and they will pay it into your bank. This is providing you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.0

The extra money isn't paid at all during the waiting period. Once the LCWRA starts you will receive an extra £354.28 every month on top of what you usually receive.
