in Start here and say hello!
Hi my name is Kathy and I have have stenosis since 2007 Been to numerous Therapist and the last one rotate screen the most. Just interested in what other people have done. Thanks.

    Hi Kathy,
    After 20 years of living with lumbar and cervical spondylosis, I`ve recently been diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis.  I`m not sure what you mean by "the last one rotate screen the most".
