Hi @lookingforlcwrahelp
Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. Thanks also for finding the courage to reach out for support today. I always appreciate how much courage it must take to reach out. Unfortunately, PIP is not my area of expertise. This means I can only hope someone with more knowledge in this area is able to respond to you soon.
However, in the meantime, I just wanted to respond to greet you and to say sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment. We are here for you and listening to you and hopefully, someone will be able to help you soon!Community Volunteer Adviser with professional knowledge of education, special educational needs and disabilities and EHCP's. Hello @lookingforlcwrahelp and welcome to the community.
I wonder if you can explain what you need help with a little more, that way we can give you the best advice we can. What's concerning you the most?Online Community Coordinator

Fit notes need to be sent without gaps when waiting for the work capability assessment. During Covid, they were just asking you to provide details of your fit notes and asking you to hold onto to them just incase they were needed in the future. If you had gaps in your fit notes then this can cause issues when the LCWRA is paid from.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

If you are being paid ESA Support Group for taht period then UC must include the LCWRA element for the same period. Request a Mandatory Reconsideration.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
