Thank you for you query. Can you explain whether you are having problems getting a voucher or is it it the process of activating the code that is problematic. Do you have problems accessing a post office or a shop signed up to PayPoint.
I have found some information from citizens advice about what to do when you struggle to top up your meter.

Do feel free to email them or call and arrange a telephone appointment.Our expert advisers can help and talk you through a wide range of topics related to your energy and water needs, including managing fuel debt, accessing benefits and grants, and applying for free fuel vouchers (subject to certain conditions).
