PIP letter "we have all the information we need. We will write to you with our decision"

Also on to of that i face anxiety since i couldn't hear fire alarm at my home. I applied for PIP in april this year to be told I'm ok and there is nothing wrong with me.. suddenly after 30 years of my life someone over the phone decided I'm completely fine because I know how to use microwave for example.. I just asked for mandatory reconsideration as i will never agree with this decision. Hearing loss caused me also not knowing english 100%, and my speech isn't as perfect as others. I'm ready to battle in tribunal if they will say again I didn't scored enough to get pip..

    Hi, I'm so pleased for you. I've just received my letter stating they have all the information and will be in touch  and no need to contact them. I'm anxious thinking I'm not going to be awarded anything, stress levels high. How long did it take from letter to finding out?

    Hi there. Sorry for late reply. I haven't logged on for a while! I found out about 3 weeks later, I had a text message saying that I had been awarded PIP then I got the actual letter confirming my award a week or so later. Have you heard back yet? Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

    I'm sorry to hear that! That is really unacceptable of them. I am thankful I had a straightforward experience, but angry for those who have not had the same. Have you heard back after you applied for MR? I was prepared for it to be honest as like you, my speech is also not great.

    Thanks for replying. No I have not received my letter yet. And someone rang me last week from DWP and left a message stating they would ring back the next day...still waiting!

    Oh no, this sounds really frustrating @Stray37. Hopefully, you will receive the phone call soon.
