    What point are you trying to make?  Just posting a link doesn`t have any context; you need to say why you are posting it.

    I think one conclusion one might draw is that claimants should worry less about trying to obtaining extra information when appealing and focus more on making clear that their arguments for being entitled to PIP have been made clearly - which is exactly what is often advised on this forum.
