Hi, please can someone tell me how I need to do it. I spoke with someone at the Post Office and they advised me that they only deal with the full tax discount.

I think that it is appalling that this cannot be done on-line.

To obtain a full discount - The technology to do this - exists - but a disabled person has to make a trip (in my case a 20 mile round trip) to a post office to change a cars tax class !
