Looking for customers to feedback on Scope's chatbots

Scope wants to speak with customers about how they're finding our feedback chatbots, the language that we use and what improvements we could make.
Our Insights team will be conducting online paired interviews with chosen customers, but we can also do separate interviews if preferred. The interview is likely to last about an hour and each customer will be rewarded with a £35 voucher for their time.
We're very flexible and are happy to work around customer schedules.
We only need two customers for this project, but if you would like to participate, please email us at community@scope.org.uk to express your interest.

L_volunteer, I hate Chatbots with a passion, end of! They are a clever idea, but they never seem programmed well, and 9 times out of 10, they are just a delay to talk to the human you expected to be speaking with.
